Pacific Metals Group has in-house capabilities to produce compression molded composite parts. The company has a 150 ton hydrolic press that can produce a variaty of parts. This process provides design freedom to produce parts with more complicated geometry then the historical stamping and or sheet metal forming processes. At the same time the weight savings benefits are present due to the composit material content.
Pacific Metals Group offers in addition to our compression molding, hand lay-up, and vacuum bag assembly of composite structures. Customers may specify either US production or China Production in our plants. We offer hybrid composite parts made from both metallic and non-metallic raw materials.
