Four-slide / Multi Slide
Pacific Metals Group’s has Multi-Slides of both Vertical and Horizontal type with capacity ranges of .002” to .062” strip material thickness, strip width of up to 2.000” and up to .187 diameter wire. If part configuration is practical for a Multi-Slide process it allows for lower cost tooling and better material usage since it does not utilize a carrier strip (scrap) similar to a progressive die for stamping presses.
