Laser Cutting
Pacific Metals Group has a state of the art Amada laser with ability to cut sheet stock steel up to .25 inch thickness, and comfortably race thru a variaty of alloys at different gauges. Having this in-house capability has proven to be a major asset to the company to help clients develop new product as it allows us to quickly produce prototype parts. We are operating using the NADCAP guidlines and are scheduled for a final audit April 15, 2010.

Pacific Metals Group stocks the most common alloy materials to enable a quick turn-around time. We find that customers can not conduct business with traditional lengthly lead-times. Therefore we are setup to react quickly to the demands and often we surprise our customers with early deliveries.
